  • Joel Friedland, SIOR

    Joel oversees the asset management of multiple real estate investments. An accomplished real estate professional of 43 years, he relies on his considerable expertise and experience to provide clients with comprehensive solutions for acquiring, selling, leasing, relocating and investment. In 1991, Joel was a co-founder of Epic/Savage Realty Partners, a provider of real estate services to its valued clientele. In 2014, Joel and his partners sold their firm to Houston-based Transwestern, a multinational corporation with affiliates in the United States, Europe and Asia.

  • Eric Schneider

    Eric acts in a property management and asset management role for the properties owned by Brit's existing Investor base. In addition, Eric works on behalf of Investors to identify industrial property acquisitions. He initially meets with potential sellers to determine their financial timing requirements and then utilizes his "deal-making skills" to satisfy the needs of the sellers while also matching our acquisition criteria. Eric's focus includes the purchase of vacant properties on a speculative basis in addition to acquisitions with a sale-leaseback feature.

  • Kim Longston

    Kim is responsible for all aspects of accounting for property management and our syndicated investors. Kim has a decades-long track record of working with real estate software to facilitate first-class reporting for all our stakeholders. Kim maintains our investor portal and oversees quarterly distributions of cashflow. She also interfaces with our professional accounting firm.

  • Sam Friedland

    Sam is responsible for identifying properties to purchase for investment. He directly contacts property sellers through door-to-door canvasing in industrial parks throughout the Chicago area. He also develops relationships with new Investors and maintains relationships with many of the existing Investors as well, in addition Sam enhances our relationship with the industrial real estate brokerage community. He also assists with property management activities. Sam is Joel's son.

  • Logan Leuthner

    As an acquisition specialist, Logan sources, analyzes, negotiates the purchase of new investments, and assists with due diligence. His focus is typically on existing properties whether leased or vacant. Logan screens potential investments, valuing properties using tools like Excel and ARGUS, performing market research, and negotiating agreements. Logan establishes contact with potential sellers which often leads to long-term relationships. He generally makes offers on dozens of buildings per month.

  • Jorge Benitez

    As an acquisition specialist, Jorge contacts dozens of industrial property owners each day through telephone calls. He uncovers an average of three off-market industrial property acquisition opportunities per week. Jorge is extraordinarily skilled at quickly establishing a rapport on telephone cold calls. He optimistically perseveres despite the low percentage of interested sellers. Once he sources a "warm lead," Jorge passes the property owner's contact information to our Chicago based team for immediate follow up.
